16th century Venetian Stone House in Komiža on the Island of Vis

Villa Anna is located in the charming Dalmatian fishermen town of Komiza, Island of Vis, Croatia.

This 16th century Venetian stone house has been renovated in 2012/2013 to the highest standards keeping all the old charm, wooden floors and stone walls, but with all the 21st century conveniences and comforts. The house is first row and less than 5 meters to the sea and is located on a quiet picturesque street in town just a few steps from the Riva with many restaurants and cafes and the Grimaldi Castello (now the “Falkusa” Museum). You will find all amenities within a short walk (100 meters) of the house. One of the many beautiful beaches is located just outside the house approximately 20 meters away. Listen to the sea while enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine in the courtyard. Villa Anna is a four story house with two-bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite on the fourth floor has double high ceilings and a full bathroom. The second bedroom is on the third floor and has two single beds. The living room is complete with SAT TV and a sofa. On the main floor, there is a complete kitchen including dishwasher and dining area with SAT TV, full bathroom. There are also new Miele kitchen appliances including a washer/dryer in the kitchen. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house shares a typical Dalmatian private courtyard with its friendly neighbors.
